  • ​Hypnosis is a gentle, yet powerful way to journey into the subconscious mind to help move through emotional, mental and physical blocks that are deeply rooted within.

  • We each create conditioned responses away from our most natural and authentic way of being to survive trauma or overwhelm within our nervous systems. These conditions create a program that resides within our subconscious mind that runs our lives, until we can bring awareness to it. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, behaviours can all be directed by this program while we are completely unaware.

  • Hypnosis is  completely safe and you are in control at all times. Your mind will not allow suggestions that it does not willing accept, therefore a hypnotherapist cannot program you to do anything that you don't want to do.

  • Working with hypnosis, either in session or via a recording consistently overtime can help to bring about the changes you desire. 

​

  • Hypnosis can help you better understand the root of your problem and help to resolve phobias, addictions, digestive problems, anxiety and depression among many others.

 

  • It can also help you to access skills and qualities you wish to have to support your goals such as, confidence for public speaking and presenting,  health goals, abundance mindset, expanding your self-esteem, greater awareness, more peace and stability.  â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Journeying - Awareness

Hypnosis takes you on a journey into your subconscious mind, allowing you to access what we perceive as memories, this can include from this life or another. It also allows you to journey into the archetypes and metaphors of your subconscious mind and how it is perceiving a situation. This alone can bring about immense awareness of what is 'blocking' you and can bring your conscious and subconscious minds into alignment. â€‹

 

Working with energetic blocks - Release

 

We can combine working with the body via body scanning, locating blocked energies and then working with these energies. We do not go into the session with the intention to 'remove' this energy, we need to walk with curiosity in oder to understand what it requires to complete its process within your subconscious mind. By retaining awareness on these energetic pools, or dialoging with them we can help to complete their process and thus transmute that unresolved energy. This allows you to better integrate suggestions made during sessions and within your waking life, as the charge or energetic pull to retain unhelpful thoughts, believes and behaviors is released or minimised.

Once we have identified and worked through the experience through the energetic blocks, we  can rewrite the program within your subconscious mind with helpful suggestions based upon what you desire. 

 

Embodiment

​

After the session(s) and in your everyday waking life, it will feel easier to make the choices your conscious mind desires, however it is essential that you do continue and as consistently as you can take action in the direction of choice. Hypnosis helps to make those steps easier but it is still you who needs to take them to reinforce and integrate the new way of being. This is how embodiment happens.

Free Consultation

​

The initial consultation is free and lasts for approximately 15 minutes and is used to discuss what you would like from the session and how the modalities used could be the right fit for you. 

 

 

 

The Session 

 

The initial session will last a minimum of 90 minutes, subsequent sessions will last for 60 minutes. Always allow an additional 30 minutes in the event that sessions over run. Allow some time after the sessions to integrate and relax. Sessions may take place online via Zoom or in person if you are present locally in Costa Rica. Please ensure you have a good WIFI connection, good audio to speak and be heard.  During the session it is helpful to wear comfortable clothing, use a comfortable chair or bed, have privacy and a place that is undisturbed. It can also be helpful to have tissues and a glass of water to hand.

Cost of sessions: Payments are made in USD, 2 hours $222, 90 minute $166, 60 minute $111.

Payment should be made prior to the session.
